Pro Scooters USA ships to the USA and Canada. All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt out of Portland, OR. Pro Scooters USA observes all US holidays. Shipping times vary based on location. Please refer to chart below for shipping address within the USA. Shipments to Canada take an average 7-9 days.

When to Expect Your Order

Our products are shipped from Portland, OR via Fedex Ground.  All orders placed before 12pm PST are processed and shipped that same day. FedEx estimated delivery times are represented in the table below. You will receive an email with order confirmation as soon as you place the order. Once the product has shipped, you will receive a 2nd email containing tracking information.

$10 for international orders under $100

$20 for international orders over $100

When to Expect Your Order

We ship internationally via USPS with an approximate delivery time of 7 - 10 days. Shipping fee does not cover custom fees, taxes, or brokerage fees that might occur. Check with your country’s laws to see what additional fees may occur. Once the product has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Give 24 hours for tracking information to populate on shipping company’s website.

 

 

Damaged In Shipping Policy

 

If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, you must sign for the package as “damaged” with FedEx. If the package was not sent signature required, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery. FedEx requires photos of the original packaging, as well as the damaged product so make sure to keep the box and product.

 

How to Make a Damage in Shipping Claim

Please submit the following information to info@proscootersusa.com.

  • Your name, address, phone number
  • At least 1 photo of the damaged portion of the box
  • At least 1 photo of the damaged product
  • Proof of purchase (email receipt or photo of receipt accepted)
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Tracking #

Please assure all information is included and visibly to ensure your claim is properly handled. Pro Scooters USA will not be held liable for any damaged items returned without proper authorization.

 

What to Expect with a Damaged in Shipping Claim

Pro Scooters USA is not responsible for shipping damage but we will do our best to facilitate the process. Once we receive all information in the email above, we will make a claim with either FedEx or USPS. Once the claim is approved, the customer must prepare the claim for return shipment. We will provide the return label. Once the damaged product is returned, we will either issue a refund or send replacement. If you need your item faster, you will need to place a new order for the product and return the damaged product. This does not guarantee Pro Scooters USA will issue a refund for the damaged product. We facilitate the process for FedEx or USPS so credits are issued based on their decision.
